No prior ultrasound experience is required. Participants begin with ultrasound fundamentals before progressing into focused emergency medicine applications.


The program is designed to build confidence step-by-step, allowing learners to apply knowledge directly into clinical practice while progressing toward certification readiness.


Certification Voucher


This program includes a POCUS Certification Exam Voucher for Emergency Medicine specialty (a $750 value).


POCUS Certification eligibility requirements:

  • Active licensure in a relevant healthcare profession
  • Active clinical practice in an appropriate setting
  • Documentation and attestation of required POCUS case experience within the previous two years


Required case experience:

  • 15 AAA cases
  • 20 Abdominal Trauma cases
  • 30 Cardiac cases
  • 25 Hepatobiliary/Spleen cases
  • 20 Lower Extremity DVT cases
  • 20 Lung cases
  • 25 First Trimester OB cases
