Certification Eligibility
- Be a licensed healthcare professional in good standing, actively practicing in a relevant clinical setting.
- Attest to the performance of and participation in the interpretation of the number of POCUS cases required for that specific course, as clearly defined on the course’s product page, within the last two (2) years.
Educational Purpose and Certification
- The courses and materials provided by Ultrasound Energy are supplemental education designed to prepare learners for POCUS certification and to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Certain courses provide CME credit and allow participants to pursue POCUS certification through the POCUS Certification Academy (PCA).
- Users remain responsible for meeting all applicable certification, licensure, and clinical practice requirements in their field.
Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Payments and Refunds
- All course and session fees are listed clearly.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
